Ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, milk, 1 egg, and butter.
Directions:
1. In a large bowl stir flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
2. Pour in the milk, egg, and butter and mix until smooth.
3. Heat a griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
4. Pour the batter onto the griddle, using ¼ cup for each pancake.
